Fees and Insurance
My fee is $295 for a 50-minute individual session. I bill by credit card for each session. On request, I can provide itemized invoices for you to submit to your insurance company for any available out-of-network reimbursement. I generally adjust my fees every year or two to account for changes in the cost of living.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee, regardless of the reason.
Vacations and Time Away
My usual breaks include two weeks in August, two weeks in the winter or spring, and major holidays. At other times, I may be away from the office while continuing to meet remotely.
Confidentiality
What we discuss in therapy and consultation is confidential. I may consult with colleagues about our work without sharing identifying information. These consultations are also confidential. I do not use AI in our sessions or share information about you or our work together with AI systems.
